In the context of the current situation of the corona pandemic, there are a few things to consider. We have compiled all the relevant information for your stay with us below.
1. Corona risk areas:
The Hamburg Senate stipulates that you must not have been in a risk area within the last 14 days if you want to stay in a hotel in Hamburg.
In Germany, the risk areas include all rural and urban districts in which, according to publications by the Robert Koch Institute, the number of new infections with the coronavirus per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 7 days is higher than 50. This can be easily checked using the following map: RKI Covid-19 Dashboard
Outside Germany, please refer to the list published and regularly updatedby the RKI: RKI Covid-19 country list
If you have stayed in a risk area in the last 14 days, you must present a medical certificate upon arrival, which proves that there are no signs of an infection with Corona and which is not older than 48 hours.
2. Follow-up data:
The Hamburg Senate also stipulates that when you stay in Hamburg hotels, you have to provide personal data for follow-up contact in the event of an infection. To do this, we provide you with a form on arrival, which we only keep for this purpose for exactly 4 weeks and then destroy.
3. Mouth and nose protection:
In the publicly accessible areas of the hotel (reception, corridors, breakfast room) it is mandatory to wear a mask, please adhere to this and please always keep a distance of 1.50 m from other guests and our staff.
In the breakfast room we ask you to only take off your mouth and nose protection at your seat.
